At Reimei Nursery School, the kitchen is located on the 3rd floor of the building. Without a food waste disposer, the staff would have to manually carry massive amounts of heavy, water-logged food waste down to the 1st-floor garbage storage every day—a grueling task accompanied by severe physical strain and risks such as falling.

To solve this, we safely transported and installed the new GH-20 unit in a limited outdoor space: the “3rd-floor balcony" immediately adjacent to the kitchen. Because food waste can be disposed of and processed exactly where it is generated, the grueling transport work has been completely eliminated, drastically streamlining their operational workflow.

Following the replacement, we received joyful feedback: “Thank you for your prompt response. We always appreciate the support from your representative, and we will continue to consult with you." The machine continues to strongly support the facility’s hygiene management and staff wellbeing.
