The commercial food waste disposer “GOMISER" is designed not only to reduce the daily burden of food waste processing but also to achieve cost reductions for facilities looking to review disposal fees, labor, and maintenance costs.
We Can Solve
These Problems!
4 Reasons Businesses Choose “GOMISER" Over Other Commercial Food Waste Disposers
Core Advantage 01
Microbes Break Food Waste Down into Water
GOMISER does more than simply dry or agitate food waste; it uses specialized microbes to break it down completely into water and carbon dioxide. The resulting liquid can be used as fertilizer or discharged directly, depending on the installation environment.
Core Advantage 02
Up to 99.9% Volume Reduction with Virtually No Residue
Because GOMISER leaves virtually no residue, there is no need for the manual residue removal required by many standard disposers. This dramatically reduces the labor and time burden on your facility staff.
Core Advantage 03
No Pre-Draining Required—Rice, Meat, and Other Wet Waste Can Be Added Directly, 24/7
You can add food waste that many competing bio-disposers struggle to process—such as rice and meat—without the hassle of pre-draining. Because waste can be loaded 24/7 while the machine is operating, there is no need for temporary storage, helping your staff maintain a smooth workflow.
Core Advantage 04
No Full Media Replacement Required—Exceptionally Low Maintenance Costs
One of the biggest drawbacks of many competing bio-disposers is the costly periodic full replacement of bio-media. With GOMISER’s natural medium, full replacement is not required. Only a small replenishment a few times a year is needed, which keeps maintenance costs significantly lower than those of many alternatives.
Reliable Performance Supported by Facility Managers and Staff
◎ No Bad Odors
Prevents odor sources from accumulating, maintains a sanitary environment, and prevents neighborhood complaints and infection risks.
◎ Thorough Durability & Safety
Made of all-stainless steel for high corrosion resistance, with safety features like electrical leakage protection and automatic stop functions.
◎ Fully Automatic & Easy Maintenance
Daily care is as simple as rinsing with water.
For facility managers struggling with over 500kg of food waste per day:

Treatment Process and Decomposition Mechanism of “GOMISER"
STEP 1: Input Food Waste

Open the lid and put the food waste in. There is no need to drain the water from the waste. *Please remove unprocessable items beforehand.
Processable Items
Vegetables, fruits, grains, fish, meat, sweets, fish bones, and generally any items edible by humans.
Unprocessable Items
Animal bones, large shells, bamboo shoot peels, eggshells, oils/fats, metals, ceramics, glass, cloth, wood chips, cigarettes, chemicals, rubber, plastics, paper, etc.
STEP 2: Automatic Operation (Agitation) Starts

The automatic operation stirs the contents, ensuring uniform contact between the food waste and the Microbial Core Medium.
STEP 3: Fermentation and Decomposition

The system automatically controls oxygen, moisture, and temperature—the vital elements for microbial reproduction—to accelerate the fermentation and decomposition of the food waste.
STEP 4: Drainage

The decomposed food waste transforms entirely into carbon dioxide and water, which is safely discharged into the sewer system, grease trap, or septic tank.
STEP 5: Post-Treatment
No post-treatment, such as removing residue, is required.
Maintenance is simply a matter of rinsing the interior with water.

Comparison of 3 Disposer Types (Extinction vs. Drying vs. Composting)
Operational burden heavily depends on residue extraction, odor, usability, and running costs. Please compare these three main types to find the best fit for your site.
| Comparison Points | Extinction (GOMISER) | Drying System | Composting (Bio System) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Draining Work | Unnecessary (Direct input is OK) |
Unnecessary (Direct input is OK) |
Required (Moisture control is difficult) |
| Odor Generation | Almost None (Prevents odor accumulation) |
Burnt odors are common | Strong fermentation odors |
| Residue Disposal | Unnecessary (Zero extraction needed) |
Required (Volume is reduced, but extraction is still required) |
Required (Periodic compost extraction is required) |
| Running Costs | Energy-saving / Low Cost (No full media replacement required) |
Electricity costs tend to be very high | High costs for electricity and bio-agent refills |
*Comparing standard commercial food waste disposers: “Extinction", “Drying", and “Composting (Bio)".
Electricity Costs from Just a Few Hundred Yen a Month!
Because GOMISER uses the “fermentation heat of microbes" to decompose food waste, electricity costs are drastically lower compared to methods that apply artificial heat.
Please see the estimated monthly running costs for our best-selling models.
*The above is an estimate calculated using the maximum power consumption when the heater is in use. Since the heater only operates when the internal temperature drops below 25°C, actual power consumption drops significantly during summer or when only the agitation motor is running (approx. 1/5th of maximum).
*Actual amounts will vary depending on your local electricity and water rates and contract conditions. Please use these figures for reference only.
Reducing Infection Risks and Hygiene Issues in Facilities
The Best Prevention is Not Leaving Food Waste Untreated
Many hygiene troubles, including bad odors and pests, originate from storing food waste until collection day. Because GOMISER processes waste immediately at the source, it effectively suppresses putrefaction and odor generation caused by prolonged storage.
No Residual Byproducts
GOMISER breaks down food waste entirely into water and carbon dioxide. The generated water can be used as liquid fertilizer or drained naturally, leaving absolutely no “stored materials" like compost or dried residue behind.
24/7 Continuous Input
Since waste can be deposited at any time during operation, you can maintain your kitchen workflow without interruption. Reducing the hassle of water draining and temporary storage is also a major advantage in hygiene management.

If you are suffering from food waste odors, pest issues, or high maintenance costs from existing disposers,
please consider introducing GOMISER. We will propose the optimal model tailored to your installation site and processing volume.
